一 |     ミラノ・コルティナ五輪のフィギュアスケート男子（ミラノ・アイススケートアリーナ）で、衝撃の惨敗を喫した絶対王者イリア・マリニン（21＝米国）の敗因について、バレリー・マリニン氏が本音を語った。    New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the 90th Interpol General Assembly on Tuesday at around 1:45 PM in Pragati Maidan here.

The 90th General Assembly of Interpol will be held from 18th to 21st October.

The meeting will be attended by delegations from 195 Interpol member countries comprising of Ministers, Police Chiefs of countries, Heads of National Central Bureaus and Senior police officers, the PMO said.

The General Assembly is Interpol's supreme governing body and meets once a year to take key decisions related to its functioning.

The Interpol General Assembly meeting is taking place in India after a gap of about 25 years – it was last held in 1997.

India's proposal to host the Interpol General Assembly in 2022 at New Delhi coinciding with celebrations for 75th year of India’s independence was accepted by the General Assembly with overwhelming majority.

The event provides an opportunity to showcase best practices in India’s law and order system to the entire world, the PMO said.

Union Home Minister, Interpol President Ahmed Naser Al Raisi and Secretary General Jurgen Stock, CBI Director will also be present on the occasion.

四 | 「世間の喧伝を心配していた。誰もが彼を天才だとか奇跡だとか叫んでいた。彼らは彼を窮地に追い込んだんだ。

五 | これは間違っている」と、周囲からの過度な重圧を指摘した。「そして2つ目のミスはコーチングだ。

六 | 彼に2つのプログラムを割り当てるべきではなかった。団体戦か個人戦のどちらかに割り当てるべきだった。彼は体力的にも精神的にも、まだ準備ができていない」。発展途上の段階での〝酷使〟が原因だと直言した。

七 | 　そしてこう続ける。「イリアは4回転アクセルに挑戦したが、うまくいかなかった。選手は、ある要素に期待して失敗しても、うまく調整できず、失敗ばかり考えてしまうものだ。

八 | 次の要素の準備が不十分になり、それが繰り返されるのです。これは良くありません。

九 | プログラムを開始してミスをしてしまったら、ネガティブな感情を捨てて、スケートを続ける必要がある」と切り替えが重要だが、それが今回はできなかったという。　ただ、今後の再起には太鼓判を押す。「彼は野心的な男なので、今回の件が彼の怒りをかき立て、さらに情熱を燃やしてくれることを願っている。彼はもっと上を目指す必要がある。彼の技術力は素晴らしい。彼は多くのことを成し遂げることができる。彼は自ら考案した複雑な要素を取り入れ、挑戦を恐れません。

十 | きっと成功するだろう」と孫の飛躍に期待を寄せた。　祖父からの金言に、マリニンはどう応えるか。
