原标题：注意防范！台风“梅花”或登陆浙江明天局地有特大暴雨今起（9月13日）三天，受台风“梅花”影响，浙江将现明显风雨天气，其中明天将为降水影响核心时段，局地有特大暴雨侵袭，当地需加强防范。昨天，浙江全省大部地区高温“熄火”，仅常山一地出现高温天气。受台风“梅花”外围云系影响，舟山、宁波等地都出现了较为明显的降水。据中央气象台消息，今晨5时，今年第12号台风“梅花”加强为强台风级，其中心位于浙江省象山县南偏东方向大约490公里的海面上，中心附近最大风力有14级（42米/秒）。预计，“梅花”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向偏北转西北方向移动，强度还将有所加强，逐渐向浙江温岭到舟山一带沿海靠近，并将于14日下午至夜间在上述沿海地区登陆（台风级或强台风级，38-45米/秒，13-14级）；登陆后，“梅花”将继续向西北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

三 | 来源：中国天气网明天是降雨的核心影响时段，浙江各地雨势将增强，浙北和浙中的东部地区有暴雨，部分大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。后天，浙西北地区部分中到大雨，局部暴雨。
